EPM7128QC160-15 Has 2500 Usable Gates

EPM7128QC160-15 is a high performance EEPROM-based programmable logic device from Altera using its second-generation MAX architecture. It can be programmed and erased up to 100 times and reprogrammed for fast and efficient iterations during debug cycles as well during design development.

EPM7128QC160-15 has 128 macrocells, each of which can be individually configured for sequential or combinatorial logic. The logic-array, the product-term select matrix, and the programmable register make up the macrocell. There can be 5 product terms per macrocell because the combinatorial logic is implemented in the logic array.

BYV143-45 – Low Conjunction Voltage

BYV143-45 is a centered-tapped positive CC Schottky recitifier diode. It comes in a TO220AB plastic package.

A Great Schottky Diode

Schottky Diodes have a higher current density than comparable standard silicon diodes and geranium diodes, meaning that they are much better at preventing transistor saturation. Furthermore, they’re also very useful in clamping applications.

By using a metal-semiconductor junction, the Schottky diode creates a Schottky barrier, which enjoys a lower junction voltage and an almost nonexistent depletion width in the metal. The low junction voltage of a Schottky Diode, like BYV143-45, allows it to operate where a nearly ideal diode is required. By using the low junction voltage, it’s also very useful for protecting circuits when used with normal diodes and transistors.

Various manufacturers used to make BYV143-45, but unfortunately it’s now discontinued, making them somewhat more challenging to purchase. Also, this part is not safe for military use.

CY7C342B-30RI – A 100% USER CONFIGURABLE 128-MACROCELL MAX EPLD.

CY7C342B-30RI, manufactured by the Cypress Semiconductor Corporation, is a 128-Macrocell MAX EPLD. Which implies that CY7C342B-30RI is an Erasable Programmable Logic Device (EPLD) and uses CMOS EPROM cells to configure logic functions within the device. IC068ABC – Powered To Maximize The Performance Of A Vmebus Interface Controller

VIC068ABC is a VMEbus interface controller, manufactured by Cypress Semiconductor Corporation. The VIC068ABC performs all VMEbus interface controller functions, along with the various other critical operations.
